Gintas has more than 10 years of practical experience in the areas of business and finance consulting, training and project management.He has been involved in managing of Phare, 5th Framework, Leonardo da Vinci, INTERACT and INTERREG projects.
In the Joint Technical Secretariat Gintas is responsible for the financial management of Latvia–Lithuania Programme.
