Financial Manager
Gints has Bachelor degree in Business Administration from University of Latvia. His previous professional experience has been in the field of 1st level control of territorial cooperation projects in Latvia.
In the Joint Technical Secretariat Gints is responsible for the financial management of the Latvia–Lithuania Programme.
