Information Manager
Laura Melne obtained BA in Business Administration with specialization in Marketing Management at Ventspils University College and MA in Sociology of Organization and Public Management at Latvian University of Agriculture. Laura has experience in the field of City Marketing and before current position Laura has worked as a Head of the Information and Communication Department in the State Regional Development Agency of Latvia for over three years.
As Information Manager in the Joint Technical Secretariat for the Latvia–Lithuania Programme Laura is responsible for implementation of the information and communication measures.
