Project partners will present themselves, LP will present the project objectives: Establishment of the cooperation network between public institutions and NGO in Zemgale and North Lithuania cross-border regions for upgrading variety of social services for disable people and straightening the family life quality; activities and expected results. Each project LLIII-195 'Adaptability of renewable energy resources in Latgale region, Utena and Panevėžys counties/Renewable energy' partner has equipped various renewable energy objects. All project partners and other people who are interested in this project will participate in opening ceremonies of these objects and also will share experiences of each partner about different technologies and renewable energy sources. Experience day in Kupiskis will begin with the press meeting. Then project partners will hold their 7th Work group meeting to discuss the organization of exchange experience days in other partners’ objects, about requested project changes and further project implementation activities. After meeting, the conference about PP2 achievements will be held, the project itself will be presented for the participants; the contractors’ of the equipped objects will share their experience as well as the trip for viewing these objects (solar collectors and geothermal heating systems in Kupiskis sports centre and geothermal heating system in Antasava main school) will be organized.

Aim of the workshop is to give information to youth about human potential and how to develop intellect. During workshop they will be able to discuss about education system and their opportunities to think "out of the box" in different life situations.

Kick-off meeting of the project 'Improvement of the Competitiveness of Lithuanian-Latvian Maritime Sector Engineers' (LTLV-MARINE-ENGINEER) will be organized at Lithuanian Maritime Academy. During the meeting project partners (LP - Lithuanian Maritime Academy, PP - Liepaja Marine College) will discuss working plans, expected results, organization of work.

The seminar is held within the project 'Ecoart'. Participants and seminar lector will check on the 'live sculpture' garden and plan further steps on garden care works at this spring.

Venta Regional Park since 2011. is involved in the project "Cross-border cooperation in managing the Venta River basin natural resources”. One of the activities of the project is 1.5 km Kalupis river cleaning from the waste. Anyone who is not indifferent to the environment, we invite 20-21 April. 9 am. to Kalupis river cleaning action. Meeting point - Venta Regional Park administration (Darius and Girenas str. 2., Viekšniai, Mažeikiai distr.). Participating in action, please have a proper dress and gloves.

Environmental seminar with participation of environment protection specialists from Lithuania and Latvia. Seminar will be held on issues like rare and vanishing plants, landscape's plants, nature values in both countries etc.
