Public procurement seminar in Lithuania
The Joint Technical Secretariat of Latvia–Lithuania Programme is organising the seminar on the actualities of public procurement procedures. The lecture will be given by the expert Darius Kaminskas, who will present the latest changes in Lithuanian Public procurement law as well as will analyse common mistakes (choosing the type of public procurement procedure, preparing technical specifications, identifying qualification requirements, evaluating proposals, supervising agreements).

Experience sharing seminar 'Territorial and international cooperation in the field of development of social service' within the project 'SocServices'
Two days experience sharing seminar theme is mostly devoted to art
therapy in the treatment process of people with mental diseases. During
the two-days seminar lectures about the reflection of mental
experiences, emotions, thoughts and feeling of the person in art therapy
will be organised, as well as a lecture on the influence of art therapy
on process of treatment of people with mental disease. During this
experience sharing event a visit to a museum of M.Rotko will be
organised (creative self-expression of a mental condition through Marko
Rotko pictures). Practical trainings in the equipped park will be
organised, where participants will make decorative beehives for bees
from material as moss, branches straws and other.
