The 3rd seminar within the project “„New Business Ideas through Old Traditions - Future without Borders” will take place on 6-7 of May, 2011, in Pasvalio region, Panevėžio district, Lithuania. The last seminar within the Project, taken place on 17-18 of February, 2011, in Lithuania, aimed to study entrepreneurship economics, drafting of business plans; and to get known best experiences of business in borderland, is followed by the seminar aimed to study a very important entrepreneurship field – marketing. During the seminar lectures on marketing will be provided to the students and well as to the region’s interested habitants. The work on students’ project ideas will be continued with the main focus on their marketing issues. The small field trip, which already became an undeniably important part of all seminars within the Project, will take place at the end of the second seminar day. Objective of the 3rd seminar is to learn one of important directions of entrepreneurship. Content: knowledge on marketing.

Analysis of common scientific research activities and specifying tasks for the next period by implementation of the project "Cross boarder JRTC"

Practical seminar "Live sculptures" within the project "Ecoart". Participants will hear a lecture about planting "live" sculptures of twigs. Will be made various forms of wire and twigs will be planted in those forms.

On the 5 of May, 2011, within the framework of the project "Cooperation Between Utena and Latgale region police Institutions making harmonius environment " in Daugavpils, A.Pumpura Street 105B (gym - hall) will take place the basketball game. The participants of this game will be 7 police officers and 8 representatives of Daugavpils educational institutions. The game will take place in a friendly atmosphere, bringing police and school staff closer.

Conference is organized to introduce the main activities, aims, expected results of the Project. In the conference will participate employees of both hospitals, representatives of social institutions of town and region, representatives of Joint Technical Secretariat and colleagues from other hospitals.

The conference will start with formal opening of hairdressers' practical study premises and then project partners will analyse project results.
