Great Miķeļdiena Fair within the project "Ziemgala traditions"
Ancient Latvian Miķeļdiena celebrated as last harvesting day. On 25th September, 12.00 Rundale Local Municipality organises Miķeļdiena Great Fair. There will be organized a concert where amateur collectives from Latvia and Lithuania will participate – traditional folk songs and folk dances, brass band and skrabalai performances. During Miķeļdiena Fair there will be possibility to attend exhibition „Wonder Works” about hobbies and collections of inhabitants of Rundāle Local Municipality. There will be old thing exchange place, climbing the fortune pillar and of course - different goods from Latvia and Lithuania fair.

Autumn is time when we gather fruits, vegetables, corns, prepare stocks for long, long winter. We celebrate Michalmess or Harvesting day! We have enough food for winter, we thanks Good for good harvest.

Public presentation of the Project STELLA results
The public presentation of the Project "STELLA" results will be organized us a part of the Project "STELLA". Target groups of the public presentation event: local and national journalists, local communities (authorities, NGOs and entrepreneurs), local and national politicians, staff of Tourism Information Centres and other. Event will include a conference, visit of recreation areas around Kupiskis Lagoon, concert.

Workshop " Touch Rugby Game Tactics" within the project „Touch Ball-Touch Life”
The workshop will be organized as a part of the project „ Touch Ball-Touch Life”. Target group of the workshop: sport teachers of Bauska, Dobele and Jelgava districts schools involved in the project. Topics of the workshop: analysis of different Touch Rugby game tactics, principles of officiating, role of the cooperation in the team, games culture. The workshop will improve sport teachers theoretical and practical knowledge on Touch Rugby game tactics. It will help also to prepare 12 best Latvia’s school Touch Rugby teams for the Joint Sport Competition Sun Cup.
