During the conference we will discuss regularities of processes of regional development and their impact in the regional, national and international context. By taking this interdisciplinary approach, we believe to provide opportunities for understanding and creating a balanced and sustainable development of the region. Art manager as well as choreographers from Lithuania and Latvia will be involved in the training process .

Closing event of the project 'Be-Able' is organized by the Lead Partner of the project - PO 'Union of social enterprises of disabled'. All implemented activities and created products that were foreseen in the project will be presented during the event; representatives of the project target group will make their speeches about actual questions, concerning employment of disabled.

It will be the last meeting of those who have planted and took care about the live sculpture garden in Sniuraiciai within the project "Ecoart".

The pupils of Panevėžys Football Academy and Children's Football Centre “Daugava” (born in 2000) will participate in common sports event. The common cognitive trips to Panevėžys districts, common football trainings, and informal leisure interaction are scheduled during this event. The participants also will take part in football match on 26th – 27th of May, 2012, to win the Panevėžys Football Academy Cup. 10 teams – 7 from Lithuania, 3 from Latvia, will take part in this football match.
