Marking the objects

All projects or activities co-financed from the Programme funds have to be marked with the logo, including:

The logo must be located in a visible place.

Project Partners must mark their web pages or the web page(s) financed from the Programme funds with the logo, and provide information on the content of the project, the beginning and end date of the project, and the amount of the Programme co-financing received. In case there are no web pages connected to the project and Project Partners do not have web pages, the Project Partners are not be obliged to create a web page.

In publications the logo is placed on cover or title page.

On digital information carriers the logo is placed on front page, in introductory place or picture, and also on the packaging (e.g. packaging of a CD).

In case it is not possible to mark the items co-financed from the Programme funds with the logo due to technical reasons, the Project Partner must place a poster to their representative rooms (e.g. in case of arranging a training room etc.).

In case the logo is used together with other logos or emblems, the Programme logo has to be at least the same size as the other emblems being used, they have to be equally positioned and logo should be the first from the left side if other logos or emblems are used.

Duration of marking the objects

The logo must be placed on an object co-financed from the Programme funds immediately after acquiring or completing the object, except for objects on which the logo has been placed already during production.

In case construction or other activities are carried out within the project, the object must be marked with the logo immediately after starting the activities.

In case of an event, the location of carrying out the event must be marked with the logo and EU flag for the duration of the event.

The marking of objects must remain legible and correct for at least five years after the last eligible date of the project activities.

In case marking of the use of the Programme funds is damaged before the period of marking passes, Project partner must replace it.

Project partners must be able to prove marking of the objects or events for at least five years after the project end. Project partners have to retain an example copy of information and publicity materials, advertisements and other similar objects to prove the correct marking. In case of activities the Project partners have to retain photos or other evidence, which proves marking of events.

Samples of marking the objects (e.g. photos) and publicity activities have to be sent to the First Level Controller together with Partner Report and to JTS with Progress Report.
