Bus tour of the Programme's Annual Event

In order to introduce the project results to the Programme stakeholders, decision makers and media representatives two bus tours in the frame of the Programme's Annual Event were organized.

One bus was going from Riga to Rokiskis and has visited several projects on its way. The craft centre "Bauska's closet" in Bauska introduced the results made within the project "Mid-Baltic Crafts".
As some technical problems with bus occurred and route have been changed, participants had possibility to get acquainted with another project results in Bauska which was Bauska castle where all medieval lightening was funded by the Programme's project "Museum Access". While in Lithuania bus went through Birziai and participants had an interesting tour in Birziai museum which similarly has been funded by the Programme's project "Museum Access".

Another bus went from Vilnius to Rokiskis. On its way participants visited one of the public recreation places in Sudeikiai next to Utena which was renovated within the project "Water joy". Going through Utena results of the project "LATLIT TRAFFIC" were presented, which are renovated parts of roads, crossings and pedestrian roads. And on the way to Rikiskis bus stopped in Leliūnai and visited the Vytautas Vaļiušis called King of potters museum of ceramics which was renovated and equipped within the project "Clay Tour".

After the project visits both buses came to Rokiskis and have a possibility to meet project implementers, get to know about their project results as well as get acquainted with the report on Latvia and Lithuania future cooperation perspectives.
