According to the requirements set in the Programme Manual projects should aim at producing results and establishing structures that exist beyond the lifetime of the projects – the Programme funding should serve as start-up financing towards durable and sustainable solutions.
In order to provide the assistance to the projects and explain the way how durability should be implemented within the projects and reflected in the Final Progress Report, the Joint Technical Secretariat have developed the guidelines.
