From 8 till 17 of December Joint Technical Secretariat have organized Information Seminars in Latvia and Lithuania for the 3rd Call for Proposals which was launched on 9 of December with the deadline for submitting of project applications on 12 February 2010.

All together there were 307 participants attended the Seminars.
During the Seminar the main accent was made on general principles of participation in the Latvia-Lithuania Programme as well as explanation of more common mistakes made during first two calls for proposals. After the Seminars there were individual consultations provided.
