The Joint Technical Secretariat of the Latvia-Lithuania Programme has
organized two Lead Partners and Project Partners seminars which were
held on 7 February in Viesite and 9 February in Siauliai.
All together more than 300 participants representing Lead Partners,
Project Partners and Programme Management institutions were attended the
seminars.
