Summary Description of the Project:
Two local communities in Balvi (Latvia) and Kelmė (Lithuania) will activate local inhabitants by inviting them to the cultural festivals and green markets organized on traditional days all year around: Maras’s day, St. George’s day, St. Anna day, Michaelmas day in Latvia, Mardi Gras, Flax day, St. Rock Festival in Lithuania.
