Summary Description of the Project:
Artists from Šiauliai (Lithuania) and Kuldīga (Latvia) will cooperate and develop programmes for the cultural events where innovative cultural products will be included. Exchange visits will be organized, workshops will be offered for the artists during five annual events of both towns. Special attention will be paid for youth who will be invited into workshops and will learn how to make films, use new media in theatre and will develop their artistic skills.
